The Passport Agency process a limited number of passport applications  in one day. If your departure requires one day service, call us immediately to reserve your slot.

This refers to the situation where 2 passports that are BOTH valid are needed.

(i.e. a second valid passport in addition to your current valid passport)

Generally this second valid passport is either issued to travelers that travel so frequently they need to have one valid passport at a Consulate or Embassy obtaining a visa while traveling with the other. OR

It is issued to travelers that travel to Israel and also travel to Arab countries that would have conflict with Israel stamp.

If either of these situations apply to you, then you could be eligible for a second valid passport.

Valid Passport (i.e. not expired)

If you are applying for a first time second passport , you must submit your regular 10 years passport.

If you are renewing a second passport, you must submit your expired or expiring second passport along with your regular 10 years passport.

Applicant MUST state reason for needing a second valid passport

One passport type photograph is required. Photos must be recent, taken within the last six months, 2x2 inches, front view, full face, in color and on plain/white background.

Include one of the following:

Copy of travel itinerary, from airline or travel agency with applicant name, travel date and flight info., OR

Copy of ticket showing foreign departure

If travel is for business and neither of the above is available, a letter from employer stating you have immediate international travel.

Note: Proof of Departure is not required for regular service.

The Letter of Authorization gives Visa Obtainers, Inc. permission to represent you at the Department of State. We cannot complete your order without the Letter of Authorization.

Each letter MUST be handwritten.

Original signature is required.

Print two copies

All field are required to be filled in.

In the courier company name field, please handwrite Visa Obtainers, Inc.

The online DS.82 application has replaced the handwritten application. No handwritten application will be accepted

You MUST complete the form electronically ( failure to use this online application may delay the issue of your passport)

The last page of the application is a print summery page, please scroll to the bottom let corner of the page and click CREATE FORM, you will then be able to print.

Do not forget to sign and date the application once it has printed.

Government fee 

A check or money order in the amount of $ 170 to US Department of State 

If using personal check a pre print name and address MUST be located in the upper left hand corner.

Write your name and date of birth in the memo section
