How It Works:
Collect your visa requirements and complete the required forms
Complete the visa order form
Ship your documents to our office
We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued
Your current valid and signed passport.
Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled visa in your passport.

If your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Two passport type photographs are required. Photos must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

A copy of your itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
Copy of confirmed hotel reservations is required.
An ORIGINAL, NOTARIZED letter from the applicant.
Explaining the purpose of the trip.
Two Completed and signed Application Forms
Each application MUST be typed, hand written applications will NOT be accepted.
BOTH application forms must have ORIGINAL signature of the applicant.

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.
If you entered the USA after April 26th 2013 you should print the electronic I-94 form.

You must complete the online order form and print two copies, include one copy with the documents you ship to Visa Obtainers and keep one copy for your record.
The order form gives us your name, address, shipping information and payment method. If you are paying by credit card, please complete the credit card information, or You may pay by business, personal check or money order payable to Visa Obtainers, Inc.
Urgent applications must shipped via Federal Express priority overnight for delivery by 10:30am only. Do not ship first overnight or standard overnight. This is will delay the delivery of your package.
