Zambia is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention and any documents being sent to this country require US State Certification, Us Department of state Authentication and the Embassy of Zambia Legalization.
-If your document is a company document: have your document notarized by a licensed notary public, submit the document to your local courthouse to obtain a notary certification, then you can obtain certification from your local Secretary of State.
We will authenticate the document from the US Department of State in Washington DC and legalize it from the Embassy of Zambia.
-If your document is an original Federal Document: (document issued by Federal Entity) send the original and a copy, we will authenticate the original from the US Department of State and legalize it from the Embassy of Zambia.
