We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued

A copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead.

This letter of invitation should be written on company letterhead and must have signature of the inviting contact and the company seal.

An invitation known as "Visa Notification form" from the PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs or China Foreign Economic Relation and Trade Commission.

Clear copy of the applicant drivers license or state issued photo ID is required.

Address on the drivers license must match the address on the application form

If you have been granted a China visa in the past, you must provide a copy of the most recent issued China visa.

If the visa is not located in your current passport, you must submit the original passport containing the previous visa.

If you no longer have the passport with previous visa, you must provide a signed statement outlining that you no longer have the passport and what happed to it.

The application must be completed online, hand written applications will not be accepted.

All questions must be answered, do not leave any question blank , type N/A if need be.

List the name of the traveler exactly as it is written in the passport. No abbreviations or nicknames.

You must provide the complete address of business, hotel or resident for your home country and in China.

Be printed single-sided.

Be dated and signed. Date must follow the YYYY-MM-DD

Applicants with dual nationality must submit the actual passport of the second nationality. If passport cannot be provided, please provide a separate statement attention to the Chinese Consulate explaining the reason why this passport cannot be provided.

If you are applying for a Chinese visa for first time, you should provide your previous Chinese passport.

If you have obtained Chinese visas before and want to apply for Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present a copy of the previous passport data page and copy of the Chinese visa page.

If your name on the current passport differ from that on the previous one, you must provide an official name change document.

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.

If you entered the USA after April 26th 2013 you should print the electronic I-94 form.

Additional requirements for minors:

A copy of the minor Birth Certificate is required.

The visa application form must be signed by both parents.

For short term study in China, the original and one photocopy of the Admission Notice issued by a school or educational institution in China. Please be sure to include the applicants passport number on the letter of invitation.

The applicant may be required to submit an original invitation, provide other supporting documents or schedule an interview with the consular officer.

For long term study in China, the original and one copy of an approved Foreign Student Application Form (JW101 or JW202) issued by the Chinese unit, and an enrollment letter from the Chinese school. Please be sure to include the applicants passport number on the letter of invitation.

Please note: The JW202 must be signed by the student on the bottom right of the form in blue ink.

The applicant may be required to submit an original invitation, provide other supporting documents or schedule an interview with the consular officer.

The original and a photocopy of an Invitation Letter by a Duly Authorized Unit, or a Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by an authorized Chinese agency, and one of the following documents: 

Foreigner Employment Permit issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China.

Foreign Expert Confirmation Document issued by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China.

Registration Certificate of Foreign Enterprises' Permanent Representative Offices in China issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, or the approval document for the permanent representative offices of foreign enterprises issued by related commercial departments.

Approval document issued by the Ministry of Culture for those who come to China for commercial performances.

Invitation Letter by a Duly Authorized Unit or a Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by the Foreign Affairs Office of a province (autonomous region, city).

 Please note that Z Visa holders must apply for a residence permit at the local public security authorities within 30 days of entry into China.
