The India e-tourist visa is valid for one year or five years, multiple entries for a stay up to 30 days.

Required Digital Files:

You will be required to upload digital copies of the following documents to complete your order.

Provide one clear, color copy of your passport's information page. The scan should be of both pages of your passport when opened and laid flat on the scanner. Do not enlarge or reduce the size of the image.

Scan one Passport type photograph.

Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

Return of Your Passport:

The Embassy of India now requires all passports be shipped directly back to the applicants "Present Address" listed on your visa application form.

Your passport will be returned directly by the Indian government to you, We can no longer collect and return your passport.

How It Works:

Collect your visa requirements and complete the required forms

Complete the visa order form

Ship your documents to our office 

We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued.

Your current valid and signed passport.

Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled visa in your passport.

I f your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

One passport type photograph is require. Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

A copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

Proof of residential address in the United States:

A clear copy of applicant's Driver’s License.
Major Utility Bill (Water, Gas, Electric. Sewage).
Copy of a valid / current lease containing both the landlord and tenant signatures.

The address on the document cannot include a P.O. Box and Must Match "present address" on the visa application form. The Present Address will be used as the return shipping address by the Indian Embassy.

The following items are NOT accepted as proof of residence: Cell Phone Bill, Phone Bill (landline), Credit Card Statement, Bank Statement, Cable Bill.

Complete the Indian Governments online application form. When you have completed the application please print and sign.

The application must be printed on TWO sheets of paper, the Embassy/Consulate will NOT except applications on a single sheet back to back.

Persons of Indian origin are required to surrender Indian citizenship. Those who have already renounced Indian citizenship must provide a copy of a renunciation certificate AND naturalization certificate. 

Persons of Indian origin who have not renounced Indian citizenship or cannot show proof of renunciation must first apply for renunciation and then apply for the visa.

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.

If you entered the USA after April 26th 2013 you should print the electronic I-94 form.

If your visa application requires approval from India will have a minimum processing time of one to two weeks and some cases may take longer.
If you have Green Card your application should be processed within the average processing.

The content in the letter MUST match the format of the template, (numbering is not required).
