Ship your documents to our office 

We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued

Your current valid and signed passport.

Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled visa in your passport.

I f your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

One passport type photograph is require. Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

A copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

A copy of a standard tourist confirmation and voucher from your Russian travel agency or hotel.

Visa Obtainers is able to obtain the confirmation and voucher document for you.

A 3 years multiple entry visa can only be processed under regular service option. 

Complete and sign one Russia visa application form

The Russia application form must be printed on  3 sheets of paper.

You will create an application ID and application password. You must save the application ID and the password.

Send your application ID and password along with your completed and signed  Russia visa application form to Visa Obtainers.

Former Russia Nationals must provide documentation that they no longer possess Russian Citizenship:

Copy of Ussr passport with a stamp stating that you left for permanent resident abroad to 02/06/1992 OR

Copy of a visa to Israel issued before 02/06/1992, OR

Copy of Certificate of Naturalization issued before 1996, OR

Document confirming the renunciation of your Russian citizenship, OR

Written statement of explanation in the case that you have no documentation.

If you were born in Ukraine you must provide a copy of your Ukrainian passport.

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.

If you entered the USA after April 26th 2013 you should print the electronic I-94 form.

Letter of invitation is required, issued by the Federal Migration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia.

This invitation arranged for by your host organization in Russia.  

A written letter of invitation on company letterhead from the host organization in Russia. 

Last name, first name and any other given name, date of birth, citizenship, gender , passport number, date of issue, date of expiration and place of issue.

This letter of invitation must be written in Russian. This letter cannot be in English.

An original official invitation letter obtained by the company issued by the the Russian Labor or Foreign Ministry .

A HIV test is required.

You will create an application ID and application password. You MUST save the application ID and the password as you will need it should you need to access your application again online to make any changes.
