How It Works:

Collect your visa requirements and complete the required forms

Complete the visa order form

Ship your documents to our office 

We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued.

Your current valid and signed passport.

Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled VISA in your passport. Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a visa page.

I f your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

One passport type photograph is require. Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

A copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead.

Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must arrange an invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

A Copy must be sent to the applicant to be included with the application for visa

The invitation must be addressed to the Saudi Arabian consulate in Washington DC.

One Declaration form completed and signed.

We will process the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs Enjaz registration on your behalf. A $ 95 processing fee has been added to the Embassy fee for this service.

 We cannot use an Enjaz form provided by the applicant.

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.

If you entered the USA after April 26th 2013 you should print the electronic I-94 form.

The Saudi e-Tourist visa is valid for one year from the date of issue, multiple entries and for a stay up to 90 days.

Required Digital Files:

One clear, color copy of your passport's information page. The scan should be of both pages of your passport. Do not enlarge or reduce the size of the image.
