Passport Bio Page is required
Scan one clear, color copy of your passport information page. the scan must be both pages of your passport.
Please do not enlarge or reduce the size of the image in any way.
Scan of your flight itinerary is also required.
Scan one completed Tanzania e-tourist visa.

For Business: A letter of invitation from institution or company.
For Humanitarian, Charity or Volunteer, the inviting NGO or organization registration certificate is required.
If your host is a Tanzanian citizen, a copy of the passport or national ID is required.
If your host is a Tanzanian resident, a copy of resident permit is required.
Copy of proof of travel is also required.
